Unofficial weigh in this morning 81.6 kg. A whole 700 grams up from last week Friday. Can't say that I am surprised by this. I have been eating over the weekend (and into the week) like I get paid to eat! Don't know if it's a motivation thing or the fact that we have had some guests stay with us the last two weeks that have different eating habits and tastes that I have to cater for. I was also sick a few days and missed two important training sessions on Sunday and Monday. Well... can't make up excuses now, I just have to pull up my socks and do better!
Unfortunately eating out tonight for hubby's official birthday, but will try and keep it to the bare minimum drinks. Have another training session on Thursday and then the big 10 km Race on Sunday!!!!

hey, sorry to hear about the increase...its not that big thou so dnt stress too much about it, ull get to where you need to be....also with tonight try and stick to hard liquor like whiskey etc as they contain basically no calories compared to wine......anywaaaay enjoy the birthday :)
