Still been going to the gym 2-3 times a week and yoga 2-3 times a week so getting movement. Started Keto os daily yesterday. Last week I started back on track eating w keto OS ANS LOST 2 lbs!!! Gained it back over eating over the weekend. Ate all on plan just too much I'm guessing. New start again and goal is just to get to 130 for now. Mini goals
136.2 lb Lost so far: 42.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
