I weighed myself in the morning this time after going to the bathroom. I have'to been counting calories and haven't been to the gym in 5 days. However I did walk 3 miles on 2 days at a super slow pace. My calories are around 2000-2500 is my guess. I'm just trying to eat for nutrition at this point. My body fat is up again some.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
