Ketones diet worked but caused cholesterol or high blood pressure.

I changed to oatmeal, flax chia seeds, avocado toast, soup at night. The meat was best fresh but took too long, so I started eating out

Wendy's, jack in the box, hamburgers & cheeseburgers.

After my Dad took a trip to heaven in January I take melatonin to sleep

Last night I had in n out and they messed up my order and gave me a normal double double which had hard parts in the tomato seemed like a piece of plastic or vegetable.

I ran out of meat 2 days ago.

I need to buy plain greek yogurt, plain steel cut oats, meat.

My toddler gets so fussy out of no where so I have been taking her to the playground everyday for at least an hour but my workout is not as good lately because I get partially drained after the playground or the sun goes down.

I am hungrier at night so I need to switch to protein instead of carbs or something.

Oatmeal with protein
Smoothie without the sugary fruits
1 Aussie bite
1/2 avocado
Something with meat for dinner
Greek yogurt and granola

My baby is in full breech position head up and I'm 39 weeks pregnant. A few days ago my blood sugars reacted to to much sugar/carbs. I was tired last Friday and I layed down. I was shaking for an hour and a half. Since then I've been logging my food most days and trying to workout.

They said they could do an ECV ( to try to turn my baby) but there are risks though rare that they could harm or kill the baby. I just can't help but hope that she will turn on her own in the next week. They said that I need to schedule a C section. I want to reduce my chances of my blood sugars having issues. I also want to get a few more things ready for me and my baby before she comes. My blood sugars are getting better somewhat, but are not where I need them to be for a major surgery. Also, I'm not sure how much my fiancé will take care of me and the baby. I've read that some people with C sections do better or recover easier than others. But if it is hard for me to get up every 2 hours to take care of the baby or even just to go to the bathroom that is super dependant. Also, I read some women get infections and die or other bad stuff I'm scared understandably. Truth is that when we hear about women getting C sections people don't think they are that bad, but if you yourself has to get one and you see all the risks..it's scary.
