After the winter months I was at 176 lbs. and it has been a bit aggravating because my exercise levels are back down. I've been very unmotivated and I need to get with the program again. I know I can lose this weight and keep it off if I'm just more active. Here's to hoping I get my stuff together, because right now it doesn't look very hopeful.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
