I've been bad, but it felt so right, then wrong. I want to feel good again. Yesterday my fiance (I GOT ENGAGED) called and said she got back from a workout. It was awe inspiring. I went to the gym and liked it. It's been almost a month since I had been. I'm going to step up that frequency.

Mini goal. By Friday I want to be at 212.
214.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
