Been a little bloated and puffy but I think a big part of that is not being hydrated. I'm trying to stay hydrated today. It's always been a struggle for me...

I never used to drink enough water, but then I did a challenge where part of it was to drink 64 ounces of water a day. It took me about a month to get used to it, but I would never stop now. I never get puffy and it helps keep me full. Get a 16 ounce water bottle and refill it four times every day. If you make yourself do it for a little while you'll get used to it. Put a little lemon in if you like it flavored.

Same here. I have to constantly remind my self to drink water and am thinking of putting an alarm on my phone LOL

Thanks Bonnybelle I usually drink 3 of those. Good idea redgirl1976 I usually drink a bottle with each meal
