I'm pissing like a race horse! Lots of water consumption and less then 25 carbs goin in daily is a lot of work. I'm poopin out foreign objects but lord knows I'm getting my roughage!!! All these bowel activities got me going! I think its great but sometimes its not so great. I spent 5 minutes urinating this morning non stop! It was like my body had held it in for 2 days and just decided to release. That was nuts but I'm still losing and I'm going strong. My first week out and I did good, I must admit. Hope I can carry on til at least christmas to see what's going to happen next.
