I have to be honest with myself. There is nothing good about they way I am eating. I need to eat my veggies, not only 1 cup of lettuce and a tomato every now and then..

I lost almost 9 pounds already and I am grateful. I look better, feel better when I look at myself in the mirror and people tell me I look thinner.

However my self esteem is crashing. I look horrible in every picture I find from the last 3 to 4 years.

Maybe photos are not my strong point..

I can make the changes

Eat healthy fat such as olives, olive oil, avocados, proteins such as meat, tuna, salmon and VEGGIES, such as lettuce, onions, spinach. Its hard because I really dont like veggies... not really...

and LESS CHEESE!!!!
