Today is a Good Day and Life is Great!!! I have nothing but positive thoughts about weight loss. I am looking forward to going to the track... this morning I started the day with a short walk 1.5 and I will walk 3 miles this afternoon. Fall is on the way, I am getting excited about the upcoming holidays and I am planning my own special menu with low carb desserts, and special vegetable dishes and smoked meats. I am ready for the scales to move, I need to get under 210 soon...but I still feel so good and I hope to have no triggers...so I have stocked up the fridge with turkey, cheeses, ham, and pepperoni...I had a woderful lunch and I have a roast cooking in the slow cooker for dinner and tomorrows dinner. The day has crawled by today, I must be on the Atkins Edge it really seems more like a high to me...the confidence level is unbelievable and I am looking forward to some better numbers than 1 pound a week, my goal is 2 pounds a week and I though that was a low number. So, I am hoping that with the little walk in the morning for 30 minutes will help jump start my metabolism for the day and end with a walk that maybe I will start seeing better numbers. It is all about what I put into it and I am sure it will soon start paying off. "Laissez les bons temps rouler"
