Reviewed my journal and I think I'm seeing a pattern. Towards the end of every month and the next two weeks I eat more, dont want to exercise, and whine more. This timeframe is pre TOM and then I start getting better again. Now that I'm aware of this I need to put on my big girl panties and DEAL WITH IT. Quit making excuses, quit whining, and keep on track. That ticker isn't going to change colors, that line isn't going to drop lower, and that waist isn't going to get smaller by flapping my gums and laying in bed.

Diet Calendar Entries for 17 October 2011:

Good for you identifying a pattern and doing something about it. I think that's one of the best things about logging everything in FS- when you have so much info, you can find these patterns that you wouldn't see otherwise.

Journaling sheds light on lots of ugly stuff. If we want to keep improving then we must keep journaling. It shows what kind of person you are to reflect and acknowledge the patterns. There are alot of denial queens out there but I'm glad to see that you're not one of them. I always say knowledge is power. Sometimes it just hurts to do something about it, you can't grow without growing pains. I wish you luck and know that you can handle it.

At least you noticed a pattern...and honestly that pattern that you noticed may help other people as well. I will be keeping a closer eye on that TOM myself now. :)
