Its going to be a very long day. Working 7-5 and then have a class from 6:45-8:50. I have prepared numerous healthy choices and will bring them along today! I will report back! Easy to do meals include, pre cooked chicken breast, bran muffin, brown rice (easy to prepare) with fresh pickled ginger, tuna, bag of spinach and lemon for dressing! Will be drinking lots of water and coconut water to maintain hydrated and keeping a positive and optimistic attitude! Make today count, there will be some questionable moments, but keep head strong and your end result in mind!! POSITIVE PEOPLE!!
