So I've always been into health awareness, I was overweight in middle school and that was the turning point for me, But it was definitely a blessing because health is most definitely my passion! Im 5' 10" and weigh 149lbs, I want to lose 10lbs and be at my high school weight! I plan on doing this by the new year. I haven't had any intense cravings this far, mainly Im shunning out alcohol and sugars, still welcoming all of the other food groups. My body is perfectly content with sustaining itself on 1300-1500 calories, some days ess, some days more. I let my body tell me when its hungry and what it needs and go from there instead of following some traditional diet. Your bodies intuition is amazing if you just listen :) I want to enjoy exercise more, and I will, but Im just phasing into it at my own liking. Well thats that!
