After a hiatus I am back to training and eating well. I had ballooned to 285 but am back down to about 250.I am riding my bike regularly and running too. I am registering tor a half marathon in October!
250.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week
