Back up to 299 today. Two days of stress eating at work and socializing with friends who were in from out of town combined with being relatively sedate almost entirely undid a whole week of careful eating and exercise. Ah, well. Still well within the range of daily weight fluctuations. But up is always a disappointing direction to be heading.

So I recommit. Weigh in next Sunday morning, May 29. (Oh, geez, Memorial Day Weekend!) I expect to be down a solid two pounds. 297 even. Amen.

Ok, back to work...

299.0 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
