I just joined after an amazing couple of months of weight loss, and then, something happened. Either my drive to keep it up or something. I wish I knew but I put back on every single pound I'd lost and now I'm trying to go at it again.
My goals for today: 1. Water 2. Preplan my foods so I don't over-eat or binge eat. 3. Remind myself that we have hiccups. We just have to keep going. 4. Get out and do at least 30 min of walking.
