I just joined after an amazing couple of months of weight loss, and then, something happened. Either my drive to keep it up or something. I wish I knew but I put back on every single pound I'd lost and now I'm trying to go at it again.

My goals for today:
1. Water
2. Preplan my foods so I don't over-eat or binge eat.
3. Remind myself that we have hiccups. We just have to keep going.
4. Get out and do at least 30 min of walking.

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 May 2016:

I also see the turning point where the diet engine breaks down. Then 3 or 6 months later I start it up again. Time to break that cycle for me and for you too. It's not giving up it's wearing out. The first step in fixing a problem is recognizing you have one. You've passed step one. ReStart your list with #2. And good for you.
