Sooo, I totally like the results from the 3 day fat fast. Today, I'm supposed to stop and go back to my regular LCHF way of eating. I'm tempted to continue because well, hellloooo, I lost 2lbs in 3 days, lol! Anyway, I will weight in again tomorrow to see what kind of fluctuations happen after adding back more carbs and less fat. I've been in the 80% range for fat consumption for the duration of the fat fast. I feel great, had absolutely no weird side effects and all cravings are gone but I do indulge my sweet tooth with the nightly reddi-whip and almonds.
