110 BG fasting this morning - been running 80 to 120 every morning recently - GOOD Been keeping it normal pretty. Sometimes dips too low (especially after exercise and working, which consists of A LOT of walking (5 - 6 miles a day per FitBit) and I compensate by eating more food to keep the sugar up... Doesn't seem like the right way to do things - I guess that is why it's taking so long to loose the weight. Keep blood sugar in correct numbers but eat more to compensate for low blood sugar when exercising like I should do... Need to see the endo again... :(
