havent care about my health for the last one year. Yesterday was my birthday, and I weighed myself. I was shocked to find out how much it increased. So, new resolution for the new age... I will care more about myself, be more responsible, love myself more and choose the food carefully.
oh myself... please be strong to continue this...
121.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
