fell off the bandwagon this weekend due to a nasty storm. i felt guilty about eating the bad stuff. but at least i didnt OVER eat which was normally my issue. getting back on track now that storms are done. woohoo! didnt weigh myself yet. ill do it in a few days after im back on track for exercise and eating right. :p hope everyone had a better weekend than i did :)

It happens, the important part is that you are getting back to it. What I do, though, is even if I fall off and eat badly I log it. This helps me to be more accountable for my actions. Also, I found that if I didn't log it I was more apt to completely fall off the wagon.

I log on my phone as I'm eating it. That way I know when to stop before the wagon runs me over lol :)

I completely agree with MrsRando. When you mess up and you know it, weighing in makes you take ownership for the consequences of your actions. Sometimes it may in fact be worth it to eat that cheesecake. But you need to be aware of what that really means you are allowing yourself to do.
