fell off the bandwagon this weekend due to a nasty storm. i felt guilty about eating the bad stuff. but at least i didnt OVER eat which was normally my issue. getting back on track now that storms are done. woohoo! didnt weigh myself yet. ill do it in a few days after im back on track for exercise and eating right. :p hope everyone had a better weekend than i did :)

this is horrible.... we have winds around 60 mph and i havent been able to get out all day to get any fresh GOOD food. all we had was junk food around the house. PLUS i have been cooped up all day so no exercise. sigh. oh well, hopefully tomorrow ill at least get out to the store to grab better food :p

well, its comming off.... and i just got my gym membership in the mail, now to go and do their little introduction thing then i can start working out whenever i want! (i love 24 hr gyms) and then im pretty sure that number will go even faster... maybe. lets not get too excited :) lol.
