This is almost the highest my weight has ever been. I've had lots of challenges - surgery, injuries. But still. I need to focus on nutrition, portion size, cut way back on sugars. I've tried in the past to out-train a bad diet. I find working out much easier than getting control of my diet on a consistent basis. I think that hyper-focus on working out is in large part the cause of my injuries. Slow, steady, gradual from here on out.
299.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 67.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
