Good loss here.

Though scale shows body fat percent went up a bit. So probably some water weight lost in that drop. Which makes sense since I've been cutting back a little bit on sodium and incorporating more potassium rich foods in my diet.

210.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
