I know I did horrible. Ate a LOT of bread today because I made a few loaves last night and it was easily accessible, but I think I more than made up for it with the amount of exercise I got in today! Plus, I am still going to put in ten minutes on the treadmill. Onward and upward and get healthy for this baby!

Only you know what you want to accomplish. And how you want to do it. Now you just need to do it. Exercise cant always undo bad food decisions.

Being pregnant can help you with portion control once your stomach gets all squished up in your sternum. I just had a baby, and at the beginning of my pregnancy I had a problem with binging and by the end I ate smaller portions to avoid stomach aches. I gained more in the first trimester than the third. Now I am just mindful to continue with the smaller portions of junkie food. Let the natural changes in your body help you!
