Down another 4lbs for a total loss of 8.5lbs since I started my diet about 2 weeks ago.
Although, I started back to working 2nd shift (3pm-midnight) this week after having 5 weeks working day shift and working 2nd shift is when gained 30 lbs in less than a year. Hopefully I don't fall back into those old eating habits, I don't function well on that shift.
