Lol nevermind. I found it but it talks about progress in weeks, not pounds

Yes, there'll be a difference... The question should be your "percentage of change".. ie. A loss of 10lbs on someone who weighs 500lbs is only 2% but on someone who weighs 200lbs it's more than double the difference at nearly 5% of a loss. Good job!

Thanks Frosty, ah ha.. The percentage, you are a genius! I'm calculating at about 5% change. Is that noticeable or not really?

I think more than anything confidence shows. If you're feeling slim and sexyyy you're more likey to be perceived that way. Strut yo stuff girlll!

When people say you look great, believe them!

Yes thirteen lbs is a great weight loss..congratulations to you for that....like frosty says it is a big loss for a 200lb person....that makes you the rite size for being a very hug able person.

Yes, it's all about the confidence. Don't let your idiot box label define you. A lot can go into how you stand/walk/dress that could make that 5% pop or remain unnoticeable. One thing that I use, and I can only use it every few months is how do my clothes fit. Do I wear them or do they hang on me. This week my pants have felt extra lose but that hasn't been represented on the scale. Am I smaller? I would have to be to re-notch my belt to keep the jeans from sagging. It's good to get compliments from friends/co-workers, it's that little added bonus for becoming more healthy but the true blessings and rewards, IMHO, are the things I couldn't do previously. Wear clothes that were 'reserved' for smaller people, wash my truck without knee pain. Having to re-adjust the mirrors and seat in my truck because I'm just a bit smaller. I'll have more of those adjustments to make than most people but I think that everyone can enjoy those NSV (Non-Scale Victories).

5% should be well noticeable, especially to anyone who gets up close and personal. Well done.

i would go with confidence :) 10 lbs on a bigger/taller person is less noticeable, compering to smaller/shorter one, but when you feel good about yourself-it shows.

Christinemeowk and Jocko, you guys made me laugh! Fred, thank you too! Frosty, thank you for sharing! All of this made me feel reassured! Clothes are hanging a bit baggy, so for sure a NSV!

It is a noticeable change. Think of it as 3 more pounds than a 10 pound bag of flour. That is wonderful!

Well, you will find out. People don't seem to be very observant, it doesn't seem. The main thing is, that you are happy and feeling better.

The issue with others making comments of your weight loss is how often they see you and how much they pay attention, nothing can replace the feeling of putting a shirt on or pants and notice them getting baggy, it is in your heart and mind how you feel, you should no allow others to bring you up or to put you down. You are doing an amazing job, keep up the amazing work and effort.

People might think you've lost weight but be afraid to ask/say it in case they're wrong. You are beautiful and have a smile to die for, so just enjoy showing your improved self off, whether people come out and say it or not.

I think if you lose a couple more or 20 total is when you might hear more comments tho. Ppl just might think you're looking nicer hehe but not sure yet if it's ok to say you lost weight. But 15 or 20lbs should be super noticeable. So your almost there!!
