Probably worked out a little too much last night for the first week back (sore legs and hips). Nineteen minutes on the Bike spinning, 30 minutes walking the dogs. But remarkably I feel more energized today. Maybe it just that I have felt so bad for so long I don't remember what its like to have energy. 5th day of eating healthier (I did not say healthy still too much sodium and too much fat). Not really missing all the calories (I had to have been up to over 5000 a day to get where I am now.) The real test will be this weekend, I am just going to have to stay super busy to keep from snacking and binging.
