Supposedly building muscle. Oddly enough the digital EE scale doesn't register fat loss. I definitely became stronger and more muscular, I even think I lost fat but that's not what the scale says.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
