its not gone :( and yesterday was a perfect diet day, too. i was so tempted to cheat yesterday, but i distracted myself and was good. doesn't seem to have paid off, though. well, i haven't had a bowel movement in a while - so it could just be that. well, i will persevere today and hope for results tomorrow!
