today feeling more motivated.... went for a bike ride, played soccer and hockey.. ate food that was on the plan I typed up. I'm absolutely stuffed. haven't had dinner yet... I don't think I will be anytime soon. but even if I do it will only be 21 net carbs with what I had planned. I will be a little over the 1350 calories I had planned (that number served me well in the first 30 some odd pounds lost) .... but I'm not worried about it...
also talking to a friend and going over my plans... hope he joins me in all this. HE BETTER!! (if you're reading this .... I don't have to justify cause you're used to my threats lol)

I just snorked cold coffee out of my nose. Here's a "normal" conversation:
Me: What am I smelling? I'm smelling something beefy and good
Hubby: I made myself some ramen
Me: I haven't had ramen in years
Hubby: How many carbs are there in ramen?
Me: 29453 per 1/2 ounce of cooked
Hubby: Well, you *have* been good today so a spoonful shouldn't kill you
Me: I had edamame ... and some fruit ... and some avocado ...
Hubby: And some chocolate
Me: Dark chocolate. The antioxidants and healthy stuff cancels out the bad shit
Him: ...
Me: What? It does!
Him: *sigh* how much do you want?
Me: Half a bowl please. I will regret it in the morning the same as I did my first boyfriend

thank you glen. low carb is right for me. I see it now but I can't let myself be stupid about it. I made some poor choices and I think I might have a better handle in it this time
