Doctor visit today for annual check up and surprise! His scale says I'm @ 173 lbs! I'm feeling good:) Hummm, adding more to the journal since it's the end of the day AND I went way overboard on my protein. Bauched breakfast, got way to hungry and ate way to many grilled chicken nuggets. Water is taking a back seat to coffee:/ I'm feeling the dehydration. UGHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! ok- tomorrow is a new day. I will do better.
