OK my fasting yesterday went fine, today, not so fine... I slept more than 12 hours yesterday, that helps!!! Today I'm awake and as you can see, I didn't get close to my 1800 cal or even 1200... this fast is brutal... I gotta keep tweaking! I think 1000 cals is much too low...

I'm positive you'll find the right balance for you, it took a while for me as well. I sit at around 1200-1300. You can actually use a calculator to figure out what your BMR is. This is basically what your body would burn if you laid down and did nothing the whole day. Then base your adjustment off that http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
