Although I've had to scale down and skip a few meals, I'm finally losing weight!!! Whatever it takes!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Congratulations on 10 pounds lost this month! Not to rain on your parade, but just be very, very careful on that scaling back. If you scale back too much, it will eventually become counter-productive as your metabolism slows in response. It can leave you nowhere to cut back and nothing to tweak as you work to lose the remaining 52 pounds. Good luck.
