Asharni's Journal, 08 April 2016

I had a bit of a revelation today. My husband has T2 diabetes and yesterday his test results were just OK. I his diet is really healthy... Has to be but he snacks at night. Not good. I have come to the conclusion that he and I should eat healthier together. I he says he will switch his snacking to raw vegetables if I give up eating chocolate. I fair trade I think and it should benefit us both. I am now off to make salsa and hummus dips for carrots later.

Sounds like the perfect way to support each other. You're in a lucky position. Some people here appear to have someone close who is trying to undermine what they want to achieve which is really sad. Have a great weekend!

I read the post from your buddy. Yes, I know those who undermine. Can't be doing with those sort.... Life is too short. Love me or leave me.... That's my attitude 😁
