Today has been good so far. I managed a two hours walk albeit slowly and my food has been generally well chosen. I'm feeling positive and ready for the week although I have jaw surgery on Thursday and not looking forward to that at all But it needs to be done and once it's over I can think about summer and riding my motorcycle again.

You sound so positive! Good luck with the surgery. It's definitely the time to be thinking about getting the motorcycle out. I'm quite jealous but can't justify buying one at present. Another year, maybe.
