Day Three went pretty well.
I managed to avoid the Cachet sugar free Belgian Chocolates (yay) and other sweets.
Exercised for 35 minutes. Would have been 45 but the 'phone rang (bro) and when he'd said ta ta it rang again (niece). If I exercise too late I can't sleep. Will do 45 minutes at an earlier time tomorrow.
Really want to be in the 10s for Christmas. Would rock! Let's see if I can make it happen over the next five and a bit weeks.
