Experiencing a bit of carb creep which, in turn, is giving me mild cravings.
Back to Induction now, in earnest.
Would just love to be in the 10s by Christmas and feel that if I try really hard I might just make it. Five weeks. Will give it a go, anyway.
Exercised for 35 minutes last night. Must do 45 minutes tonight, and start a bit earlier. Arthritis in my knees makes for pain!
