Thnx Bcoulal, I'll check out the bottom one...always interested in performance and health topics. I added targeted fat burning training last November to increase my performance base for better high energy endurance output...I was happy with the results from both a performance AND fat loss basis. Lost a bit of "stubborn" fat from sides and neck as well as increased my long day, high wattage output performance.
