So first weigh-in and there is small but pleasant progress. Interesting going through the super fast emotional roller coaster of thoughts getting ready to step on the scale. "What if gained?" "How much will I have lost, if any?" "I want more weight loss than the recommended 1-2 pounds" Now the new challenge - sticking with it day by day to keep going!
