Well, roughly coming up on two weeks and so far down four pounds but it is nice not "yo-yoing" actually, which is a HUGE mental shift for me. So use to the big drop the first week, but I have no doubt now that this has been the reason I have been all over the scale over the years as well.

Had to fight a wonderful double whammer of both strep throat and the flu both. It totally sucked!! Fighting off the last tails of it, but know it is going to have to be allowed to have the 10 day time period more than likely with me at this point. Why? Cuz that's how I roll baby! LOL!

Have really gotten to liking the fit bit charge HR I got to get me really going with this. It is a challenge now to get that 10000 a day and I never really realized how quickly you can add the steps up. Also managed to stick with the MyFitnessPal app on the IPhone. Always knew about food logs, but when you see the calorie counter and the little green lights (and some yellow!) telling you that the food was high in something good, it keeps making me want to stick around. Need to find out how to transfer the data into this journal as well.
