I didn't log my food and exercise over the weekend, but I did do pretty well over the weekend. I made sure I got in at least a walk or walk/run in every day. Went out at night on Friday with husband and we walked to and from the restaurant and shared apps. Was at a friends for dinner on Sat and while the meal was not esp. low calorie, it was well balanced and I really didn't over do it. She made beets! My favorite. Bought homemade carmel corn though for dessert and I cant leave that stuff alone. Will get back on track with food and excercise logs today.
