I've really been slipping this past week. Over the weekend I had several things not on my plan - small pieces of chocolate at Hershey Park, a piece of K's birthday cake, etc. Fortunately, my overall calories have still not been too excessive so even though I haven't lost I haven't really gained. But I'm back on track now. The carbs made my head and stomach hurt.
