Something that I will never, ever take for granted again: fruits and vegetables. Ever since I started incorporating them back into my diet, they have done wonders for my joint and tendon inflammation from the constant training.

Awesome! Lots of important nutrients! I find I also do best with minimal dairy and no wheat and yeast as far as inflammation is concerned.
