Really blew today - had a good breakfast but spent several hours at the car dealer waiting on repairs and had 2 small cups of their instant mocha coffee. Then, tonight we went out for K's birthday and she chose Cafe Italia for pizza. I had 2 slices of the large - at least it had veggies on it. Ironically, my weight was my lowest yet this morning but I'm sure tomorrow am it will be back up at least a lb.
