In case people are wondering why they never see any records of food or exercise here, it's because I track on another site. I've been tracking there for a long time, & I don't see the point of doing so in more than one place. I'll keep on tracking my weight here - that's easy to do in either place. I'm also trying to get more involved in the community aspect of this site - it's just a matter of doing it, isn't it? :)

I think if you tracked on here, you would automatically get more involved, but it's whatever suits you! I think I spend too long on FS, but then if I wasn't doing that, it would be something else. It does keep my motivation going though, and it's great when I feel I've helped someone else on their journey too! Keep at it, anyway! I've been pegging away at this for about 8 months now, and am getting close to my actual goal weight, as opposed to an interim goal, and really starting to feel good about my health and how I look. So when it seems hard going, just tell yourself it will be worth it in the end - because truly, it will be!
