LENT: Day One - Teetotalism.

No dancing tonight, saving energy for Ballet tomorrow. Day 4 of 1200 kCal days. Back to normal Friday :-)

Subsituted the Protein shake this eve for an extra serving of Chicken (same amount of protein 30 mg) and added a two capsules of BCAA (to be on the safe side). Getting a early night. ZZZZZZzzzzzz
