I went to IHOP yesterday. I still stayed under 1000 calories for the day, but had a seizure(which I count as excercise) so slept the rest of the evening. I guess that is kind of cheating, but excercise is excercise, right? I crave sweet, so I bought the 90-100 calorie snacks to help my sweet tooth. I really need to excercise more, but am partially disabled and have seizures. I do what I can, but is it enough?

As long as you are moving some its more than enough - even if it is simple stretching. Do what you can. If you really are craving sweet stuff Fiber 1 makes 100 calorie bars - they work awesome Right now I am eating the strawberry chocolate one its has chocolate and strawberries nad kind of tastes like puffed wheat lol
