made a ton of my 'chili' the other night...
2 lbs ground and browned and drained chicken, 2 cans black soybean, 2 cans diced tomato, shelby's chili spice box (leave out salt pack and mesa).

I used red mill gluten flour instead as it's high protien, low carb, and a bit of sea salt (teaspoon or two for the whole crock)

tossed in a crock pot, set to 'low' and let it do it's magic...

result is better than I expected (all 5 pounds of it!)and should come to (per 1/2 cup): 6-8g carb, 17g fat and 31-34g protein.

easy food for days!

I am beginning to think I have this 'being single' and 'low carb' thing down...

revised the numbers...2 cans diced tomato...and it filled the crock to the recess where the lid fits into the ceramic. only thing soy tends to make me gassier than a Texas oilfield....so now i'm a renewable energy source.
