ENOUGH! of the chili, every lunch & dinner since the 28th....tonight (and I had it for lunch today to) I put the rest into 8oz Tupperware's (there where 5)and into the freezer and went to panda express...I know what your going to say but hear me out..
Side: mixed veggies (no rice or chow mien at all)
entre: black pepper chicken, teriyaki chicken (sauce separate)
diet drunk...

Not as bad as it could of been, I will finish the chili this week, come home for lunch and save money too...

besides, I have to left those gassy soybeans (as good as they turned out) work that bloatiness out of my system....not sure about other folks but those things have always done that to me but the low carb/high protein they offer is worth the trade off.

thinking next project I will track down something..."unusual" that fits my diet (or experiment again).
