Day 17 ??? Already? I find that difficult to believe. Today I was steadfast in adhering to the plan, though as I've said before, the Dairy component has been difficult to maintain. Today's culprits were butter and creamer. I doubt I shall ever drink coffee w/out the creamer.
Had a lapse yesterday evening with three slices of pepperoni pizza. the combination of meat and cheese was not good, but it was a hill house pizza, and that was frickin awesome to eat.
I must say that i have been feeling better in general, though i did discover a three pound bag of chicken wings in the freezer. think i found what i'm bringing to the family reunion!
